My name is Hailey Schake, and I am proud to be a Personal Banker at our Watertown branch.

My world revolves around my beautiful family, which includes my two amazing daughters aged 8 and 6. Recently, I gained a bonus daughter after getting married last October. Our family circle expanded further when we welcomed Lulu, an adorable puppy, into our lives in January 2023. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me outdoors, running or embracing the tranquility of camping. I’m passionate about flowers and find peace in cultivating them.

I’ve been a part of the AB&T family since April 2022. What I cherish the most about working here is the incredible team I’m surrounded by. They’re not just colleagues; they’re understanding and supportive, especially when it comes to personal commitments like taking care of sick kids or navigating challenging road conditions during my commute. Having a boss and coworkers who genuinely care about what’s happening in each other’s lives creates a fantastic work environment.
