My name is Elizabeth Carlson and joined American Bank & Trust as a Vice President of Private Banking in May 2023.  I have over 20 years of banking/financial services experience in a variety of roles.  My responsibilities include consumer deposit accounts & consumer loans. I work hard to provide our Private Clients with an elevated experience and bring significant financial experience to the table. I take great pride in being known for being a complete relationship banker. 

I grew up in Holstein, Iowa and have spent my entire professional career in the banking industry. I understand the importance of being involved in the community in which I live. I give back to my community with my current involvement in the Sioux Empire United Way, Sioux Falls Cares, and Jefferson High School.  I was a member of the Board of Directors for the Sioux Empire United Way from 2017-2023.  My husband, Jolin, and I have two children, Ava & Kye.  I also enjoy traveling, golfing, trips to Lake Poinsett & spending time with my family.
