My name is Brad Spaans and I have been a Mortgage Loan Officer with American Bank & Trust since June of 2020.

I grew up in and graduated from Beresford before attending the University of Nebraska to study Architecture. I moved back to SD in the spring of 2001 and have been in the Sioux Falls area ever since. In 2009 I attended Colorado Technical University in Sioux Falls and earned my Associates of Applied Science in Accounting.

My wife Rebecca and I have been married since 2010 and have 3 rambunctious young boys at home that keep us on our toes! We enjoy time outside and camping as a family.
