Get To Know Tim Wermers

I grew up in the small town of Dimock, SD, where they make the best cheese you can buy!  After high school I moved to Sioux Falls in 1997 and have been here ever since.  I have been married 20+ years to my wonderful wife Christen and we are blessed with 2 beautiful daughters who keep us very busy.  I love the outdoors and in my spare time you will find me camping and boating with family and friends. 

I am part of the Realtors Association as well as the Home Builders association and also volunteer with Junior Achievement as well as our church. 

I have been a mortgage loan originator for 20 yrs,  where I have built my business from many repeat clients and referral partners.   Whether you are buying, building, or refinancing, I will find you the best product that fits your goals and will guide you through the home loan process and make sure that you have the best experience possible.
