I’m Kim Easland and I am VP, Commercial Lending for American Bank & Trust.

I grew up in Mitchell, SD, before continuing my education at University of South Dakota, where I acquired my bachelor’s degree in business administration, emphasis in Finance. My husband Bruce and I have been married for 24 years and have two amazing children. Our oldest, Brooke, is a nursing student at SDSU, while our son Spencer is a junior in high school at Pierre Riggs. We keep very busy with attending Spencer’s football, track, and baseball activities and visiting Brooke at SDSU.   When we aren’t running for our children, my husband and I enjoy walking our dogs, Cali and Cooper. We also like hanging out on the river with friends.

I have over 20 years of banking experience, with several years being at the Governor’s Office of Economic Development – Finance Division, where I learned about many programs to help your business flourish. Now, I have been part of the American Bank & Trust team for 8 years. Every day, I’m still surprised that I get to work with the best team and clients I could ask for. Our AB&T team has a strong work ethic and commitment to you. This commitment to you has allowed me and AB&T to help the Pierre community thrive through networking and volunteering efforts.
